Shipping + Returns
We understand customers are excited about receiving their new purchase as soon as possible. That is why we take the utmost care when packaging and shipping your purchase so that it arrives safely and ready for you to enjoy.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based upon the weight of the product or products you are purchasing. The total shipping cost will be calculated during checkout prior to finalising your order.
For large orders or multiple purchases you may find there is no shipping info available. if so, get in touch and you will be provided with a custom shipping quote based upon your order.
Packaging Framed Artwork
We are picture framers after all, so we understand the delicate nature of shipping Frames, and have a few tricks up our sleeve to ensure your frame will withstand the sometimes rough and tumble of our postage system. Rest assured that we have a 99% success rate of our frames arriving in perfect condition.
Shipping Times
All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Although we will always processes at the earliest possible time
Individual product shipping times may vary. If an item sits outside the above guidelines it will be detailed within the product page of the individual item.
Should there be any unforeseen delays in us delivering your order, we will be sure to get in touch with you to update you on the progress, and provide a revised delivery timeframe.
Shipping Methods
A combination of Australia Post and local Courier services are used to ship your purchases. Depending upon the size and weight of your purchase. We will always request a signature upon delivery, however if you prefer we leave the delivery at home or work please advise us during the ordering process.
Lost or Damaged deliveries
Unfortunately on the odd occasion a parcel goes missing, or gets damaged during shipping. If you receive your purchases in a less than satisfactory condition, or don't receive your purchases at all, please get in touch to discuss.
Bespoke Art Framing cannot be held liable for lost deliveries if all necessary steps have been taken to ship your items safely, and have proof of shipping. We will always securely package your items, securely label your items, and request a signature upon delivery, to minimise the risk of lost or damaged deliveries.
Undeliverable Packages
Generally Australia Post or our Courier Services will attempt to deliver your package up to two times, or leave a card explaining how to collect your package. If you are not home, or have not contacted Australia Post or the courier to re-arrange delivery within their specified time frame, they will return the package to us, the sender.
Should a package containing your purchased items be returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, however Bespoke Art Framing will not be liable to pay for any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of the return of your package. This includes purchases that originally included Free Shipping.
Payment to re-deliver the package must be received by Bespoke Art Framing before the package will be shipped a second time.
Returns
If your purchase arrives in a condition different to how we described it, please get in touch in order for us to resolve the problem. We will gladly offer a replacement item, store credit, or refund if you wish.
Unfortunately once a transaction has been finalised, we do not offer refunds or credit for change of mind.
There will be no refunds on the purchase of gift receipts, or downloadable files.
